1. Introduction

Life09.care (“Platform”, “Service”, “We”, “Us”) is a SaaS-based Institue Management System, fully owned and managed by netRtva.
Institutes using the platform (“Institutions”, “You”) are independent entities and operate their own academic, administrative, and financial processes.

By accessing or using Life09.care, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Nature of Service

Life09.care provides:

  • Cloud-based Institute management software
  • Hosting, database, and technical infrastructure
  • Fee management modules
  • Integrations for third-party payment gateways

Life09.care does not:

  • Collect fees
  • Handle funds
  • Issue receipts
  • Process refunds
  • Control prices or policies of any institute
  • Represent institutes legally or financially

3. Independent Institutes Responsibility

Each institute is solely responsible for:

  • Financial transactions
  • Payment gateway accounts and KYC
  • Refunds and disputes
  • Student data accuracy
  • Compliance with government/education authorities
  • Fee structures and communication with parents/students

4. User Accounts

Institute manage their own administrator accounts.
Parents/students receive accounts created by the institute.

Users must:

  • Maintain confidentiality of login details
  • Use the platform responsibly
  • Follow all applicable laws

5. Institute Data Ownership

All academic and administrative data uploaded by a institute belongs to the institute, not Life09.care.

We only store data for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Payments & Gateways

  • Payments are processed directly between the institute and the selected payment gateway (Razorpay/PayU/Cashfree/etc.).
  • Life09.care / netRtva does not store, process, or control payment information.
  • Settlement is between the institute and the gateway.

7. Service Availability

Life09.care targets:

  • 98% uptime
  • Regular backups
  • Scheduled maintenance windows

We are not liable for outages caused by hosting providers, third-party services, or force majeure.

8. Prohibited Use

Users must not:

  • Upload illegal or abusive content
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform
  • Circumvent payment gateway rules
  • Use the platform for non-educational commercial purposes without approval

9. Termination of Service

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Violation of policies
  • Non-payment of subscription fees
  • Misuse or security threats

10. Limitation of Liability

Life09.care is not liable for:

  • Financial disputes between institute and parent/student
  • Errors caused by incorrect institute data
  • Payment gateway failures
  • Loss of data due to institute-side negligence
  • Damages from misuse of the platform

Our maximum liability is limited to the subscription fee paid for the month.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law and subject to jurisdiction of Delhi/NCR courts.
