Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Life09 (“Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a multi-tenant institute management platform. By accessing or using Life09, institutes, administrators, staff, and end users (“Users”) agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, kindly refrain from using the platform.

Definitions

Tenant: Any institution, school, educational academy, or organization registering for and using the platform as a unique entity with its own user base.
End User: Any student, parent, staff, or administrator with access to an institute’s tenant section.
Services: All features, modules, and tools made available via Life09 for academic and administrative management.

Account Registration & Management

Tenants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Institute administrators are responsible for managing sub-user accounts (staff, students, parents) and maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.
Life09 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to violate these Terms or engage in unauthorized, abusive, or unlawful activity.

Service Usage

Users may access platform features only for legitimate, institute-related purposes.
Each tenant’s data is logically isolated and inaccessible to other tenants, except as legally required.
Users shall not attempt to breach or bypass security, access non-permitted data, or disrupt platform operations.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including software, trademarks, logos, and platform content, remains the sole property of Life09 and its licensors.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for purposes permitted under these Terms.
No content may be copied, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

Fees and Payment

Tenants agree to pay all applicable fees as per selected plans or add-ons, in accordance with invoices and billing policies communicated.
Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of platform access.

Termination

Tenants may terminate accounts by written request, subject to settlement of dues.
Life09 retains the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts for breach of Terms, illegal conduct, or as per legal or regulatory requirements.

Limitation of Liability

Life09 is provided “as is” and “as available.” While best efforts ensure uptime and data security, Life09 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Life09 shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use or inability to use the platform.

Privacy

Collection and use of data are governed by the Life09 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Users are required to comply with all applicable data protection regulations, including those set out by Indian law[1][2].

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.

Modification of Terms

Life09 may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of amended Terms. Material changes will be communicated to tenant administrators.
