Virtual Products and Services Only

Life09 offers exclusively virtual products and services related to institute management systems. There is no physical product shipment or shipping process involved.

Activation and Access

The activation of services begins from the date of ordering and remains valid throughout the term of the subscription or purchased validity period.

  • Institutes will receive access credentials and platform activation details promptly after order confirmation.
  • All platform functionalities are accessible online for the duration of the subscription or product validity.

Delivery and Support

  • Since there is no physical delivery, customers are encouraged to contact Life09 support at support@life09.in for any access or activation queries.
  • Life09 aims for immediate activation but reserves the right to allow reasonable time for order processing and setup, subjected to submission of required inputs / data from the clients/subscribers.
