Payment Terms

All payments made to Life09 for the use of our institute management platform are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a payment is successfully processed, it cannot be reversed or applied to any other account or service.

Cancellation Policy

Institutes that wish to cancel their subscription or order must submit a written cancellation request to Life09 at least 30 days prior to the desired cancellation date. The request must include a valid reason for cancellation.

  • Cancellation requests received without a 30-day prior notice will not be accepted.
  • Life09 reserves the right to evaluate the cancellation reason and confirm acceptance before processing the cancellation.
  • Upon cancellation approval, the institute’s access to services will continue until the end of the paid period; no refunds or prorated amounts will be issued.

Subscription Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions to Life09 services are subject to automatic renewal on an annual basis unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation procedure noted above.

  • By continuing to use the platform or failing to submit a cancellation request before the renewal date, institutes agree to the automatic renewal and payment for the subsequent subscription period.
  • Renewal invoices will be sent in advance, and payment is due to maintain uninterrupted service.
