1. Life09.care Refund Policy

Life09.care is not responsible for fee refunds.

All payments are made directly between the parent and the respective school.

2. School Responsibility

Each school must:

  • Process and approve refunds
  • Define its refund policy
  • Handle disputes and chargebacks
  • Issue receipts and credit notes
  • Inform parents of fee rules

Life09.care plays no role in the refund process.

3. Payment Gateway Refunds

Refund processing timelines are controlled by:

  • Razorpay
  • PayU
  • Cashfree
  • Paytm

4. Platform Subscription Refunds (For Institutes)

  • Subscription fees to Life09.care are non-refundable once activated.
  • Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle.
