1. Independent Merchant Accounts
Each school must:
- Apply separately to Razorpay/PayU/PayTM/etc/
- Complete their own KYC
- Set up their own settlement account
- Manage refunds, disputes, and settlements
Life09 only integrates the API keys if required, all payment gateways integration fully possible through Institute settings.
2. Platform Declaration
Life09.care only provides a software interface.
It does not control or process payments.
3. API Key Handling
- Key & secret encrypted before storage
- Access restricted to school admins
- Keys must be rotated every 6 months
